Where is farmरस based?
farmरस began in Basudevpur Chaputa, Vaishali, Bihar. Our first integrated farm is being developed there, with a longer-term plan to work with a wider network of producers.
Is farmरस organic?
We do not use the word "organic" unless the relevant product and production system meet applicable certification or legal requirements. We prefer to explain our actual farming practices clearly.
Is your honey raw or unprocessed?
Product-specific processing claims will appear only after the final extraction, filtration, heating and testing process is defined for each honey range.
Are your chickens free range?
Our model is based on controlled outdoor access and rotational farm areas alongside appropriate shelter, feed, health care and biosecurity. We will use formal "free-range" claims only where the production standard supports them.
Can I visit the farm?
Yes, by prior appointment. Visits are scheduled so normal farm operations, bee activity and poultry biosecurity are protected.
Do you work with other farmers?
That is an important part of the long-term model. We intend to work with farmers and rural producers through clear quality protocols, transparent terms and market linkages.
Can restaurants or institutions buy directly?
Yes. Buyers can contact partners@farmras.com for availability, volumes and commercial discussion.
Will you sell online?
Online ordering will be introduced product by product once packaging, fulfilment, food compliance and delivery conditions are ready.
